How to place an order?

To place your order, simply add the desired products to your basket, then by clicking on next, you will be able to create an account and validate your order. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us via the contact form or at sales@cshave.com

How do I change my order?

Once the order has been validated, you can modify it if it has not been shipped. Simply contact us by email at sales@cshave.com indicating all the references of your order.

How do I change my delivery address?

If the order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us by email at sales@cshave.com to modify the delivery address.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

We work with trusted carriers, however sometimes packages arrive damaged

If this is the case, simply refuse the package and notify us by email at sales@cshave.com with photos of the damaged package so that we can resend or refund the order.

What is the shipping time?

We announce an average shipping time of 48 to 72 hours in order to prepare and pack your order. What is the delivery time?

Following dispatch, delivery takes between 7 to 10 working days.

When will my order be delivered?

Still haven't received your order? We invite you to use the delivery tracking URL link available in your account or received by email.

If the announced time has elapsed and you still have not heard from the carrier, contact us by mail to sales@cshave.com so that we can find a solution together.

We can deliver worldwide!

Why did I only receive part of my order?

If you ordered more than one product, don't worry. You should receive the rest of your order shortly.

However, if an item is missing or if your product has arrived damaged or broken, please contact our customer service quickly by email atsales@cshavecomwho will assist you in the resolution of your problem.

My order arrived damaged / broken, what should I do?

Case remains exceptional but not impossible. Please note that you have 14 days from the purchase of your order to make a complaint to us. Please contact by email sales@cshave.comour customer service who will assist you in solving your problem.

I am not satisfied with my order, what can I do?

We take the satisfaction of our customers to heart. Therefore, we allow 14 days after receipt of the product to submit a refund request.
